Your mother will have my head if you catch a cold before the ball.” Thus the Miqo’te child was dragged back inside by her family’s head butler, Esix Zoson. That was the mentality dug deep within Cava’s mind ever since she was adopted by the noble elezen family, Phoenixflame. Cava learned well and did her best to not disappoint her family. Even though at a young age, the world almost seemed to call out to her. A whisper always lingering out in her mind. In these brief moments when the whispers were too loud, Cava found herself seeking out of her family home. To discover things that she never thought she would otherwise. Her wings being able to spread even slightly.The sticky essence of a metallic odor tickled the senses. The fuzzy unease rattle within the mind. Wrapping in the sights of darkness and this.. Odor. Unable to stop. Unable to move. The only sounds being of grunts and the unsettling drip, drip.. drop. A hand reached out to catch a snowflake to never connect. Never to know the touch of something so soft. Maybe it was never deserved. For she broke the rules.Time came with opportunity. Opportunity to 'flee'. Yet even with the promise of knowledge, the promise of her wings to be free, things only escalated. With great talent, power and heart to aid, Cava witnessed first hand not all things are better on the other side.
